Worldwide Shipping.

We will only ship orders to the delivery address you confirmed on Paypal. You can leave a note if you want your package is send to another address.

We send all packages with Correos de Mexico and will arrive through the official mail of your country. If you want another shipping company please contact us direct and we will do our best to help.

Service Transit Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. Usually it could take from 4 to 10 weeks after shipping to arrive to you depending on customs of your country.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Note that if customs of your country rejects the package and returns it to us, we can refund the total cost of your product but no the shipping cost.

How can I check my order status?

What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email mareaboba@petalmail.com. If the order is still pending, we can change it, just please provide your PayPal transaction ID (you can find it in your receipt from PayPal, or by logging in to your PayPal account).
